Q: How do I sign up for a workshop?

A: Sign up for an event on our Workshops Calendar page. Click on the workshop you would like to attend and complete the guest information form. Please contact us if you need additional assistance.



Q: What is the price of a workshop?

A: Workshops are generally $35 per guest. Our Specialty Workshops generally range between $35-$65 depending on the type of workshop. Please visit our Workshops Calendar page for pricing details.



Q: What does the ticket include?

A: We provide all craft and painting supplies necessary to create the workshop artwork, protective aprons and professional instruction. Our partner venues offer a wide selection beverage and food for purchase. Food and drink is not included in the workshop price. Many state laws do not permit BYOB (bring your own bottle).



Q: How long is a workshop?

A: Our event durations vary depending on type of workshop. Workshops are typcially 2-3 hours including several short breaks. Please visit the Workshops Calendar for specific workshop durations.


Q: What do I wear?

A: There is no dress code, however we recommend wearing comfortable clothing. We provide protective aprons for our guests, however you may get a drop or two of paint on your clothing.



Q: What time do I need to arrive for a workshop?

A: Please arrive 30 minutes prior to all workshops for check-in and finding your seat.



Q: Are workshops BYOB (bring your own bottle)?

A: No. BYOB is not permitted in many states or at our partner venue locations. Our partner venues generally offer a wide selection of beverages and food for purchase. Please visit our Workshops Calendar page and select a workshop for our studio partner venue information.



Q: What is your payment terms policy?

A: 1. SERVICES BEING PROVIDED
Amazing Craft Workshops provides set up, break down, craft supplies, and professional instruction. The event is held on site at the event location address.
2. PAYMENT
The Amazing Craft Workshops fee covers all workshop supplies necessary to complete event artwork and professional instruction. Guests are required to sign up on the event page to reserve a seat.
3. CANCELLATION / REFUNDS - Public Workshops
Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice may receive a refund or credit towards a future class. Cancellations should be made by by emailing us at info@amazingcraftworkshops.com or call (619) 832-1278. Refunds will not be given for 'no shows'.
4. OBSERVANCE OF LAWS
The parties involved must comply with all State and Local laws during the event time and must not do or permit to be done any act which may conflict with such law, including (but without limiting the generality of this Clause) the following:
a) not allowing those under 21 to be provided alcohol at the event
b) violating of any fair housing laws



Q: When is the monthly workshops schedule posted?

A: We post our Workshops Calendar by the first of every month, however we frequently add new workshops and venue locations. Please join our mailing list for new Amazing Craft Workshops here!


Q: Can I host an event at my office, organization, community or home?

A: Yes. We're mobile and can come to you! We have work with clients both large and small. Some of our clients include Cal State San Marcos, Intuit, INTO University, Retrophin, Sharp Healthcare, Greystar, Avenue 5, Garden Communities, H.G. Fenton Company, Sares-Regis Group, FPI Management, Essex, Elmcroft, Sunrise Management, Valet Living, Onni Group, Dudek Engineering, Upscale Getaways, San Diego Equality Business Association and many more.


Q: How many people do I need for a private workshop?

A: Please contact our sales department through our contact page for private workshop quotes. We have a 15 guest minumum for private events and 20 guest minimum for fundraiser events. Private events can be held at one of our partner venues, studio or at your own location. Table/chair rental available at a nominal fee.



Q: Do you offer kid friendly workshops?

A: Yes. Children ages 8 years and over are welcome at our kid friendly workshops. Adults are welcome to observe or purchase a ticket and particapate with their child. Children under 16 years of age cannot be left unattended at a workshop.


Q: I'm interested in teaching workshops! Are you hiring?

A: Amazing Craft Workshops is a creative and fast paced creative team oriented environment. We're growing and always looking for experienced and outgoing artists. Please send your resume and 5 examples of your acrylic canvas paintings to info@amazingcraftworkshops.com.


Q: Is there an age limit for workshops?

A: Yes. Children must be 8 years and over to attend our kid friendly workshops. You must be 16 years and older to attend our workshops. Workshops located at our partner venue locations must follow their age restrction policies. Workshops located at Bars will be 21 years and over.
